Konstam at the Prince Albert
June 21, 2006 – 8:20 amA TV show on the BBC called Urban Chef grabbed my attention. It featured a chef called Oliver Rowe who has the vision of creating a restaurant in London that sources all of its food from London itself. That’s not to just say buying all of its food from London, but the food also has to be produced there too!
The restaurant is Konstam at the Prince Albert, and it is open for business.
